PLANO, Texas – April 28, 2021 – NTT DATA Services, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced Michael Petersen, M.D. has joined as the new Chief Clinical Innovation Officer. Dr. Petersen is dedicated to helping clients solve complex challenges around health equity and social care in which data, analytics and technology can be applied to make a meaningful shift towards positive human-centric healthcare experiences.

Dr. Petersen joins NTT DATA from Accenture, where he helped shape the firm’s health equity point of view, capabilities and ecosystem. Before working in healthcare IT, he was an emergency medicine pediatrician at several large health systems, including five years as Chief of Pediatrics at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital. He developed his leadership skills while serving in the United States Army.

NTT DATA Research Finds Insurance Companies Fast-Tracked Digital Transformation During COVID-19 Pandemic

PLANO, Texas – May 24, 2021 – NTT DATA today announced its new research findings, L&A Insurers Shift Their Digital Transformation Into High Gear, which surveyed the transformation that the life and annuity industry has undertaken. The research showed that one year of digital transformation progress was made within the first 90 days of the pandemic lockdown; indicating that leaders sped up plans significantly in 2020 with the arrival of COVID-19.
