TOKYO – March 15, 2021 – NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services provider, today announced it has been named a Leader in the NelsonHall 2020 NEAT Report for Salesforce Services. The report analyzed the performance of 13 vendors based on their offerings, delivery excellence, market presence and benefits achieved with Salesforce services in the Digital Transformation Capability market segment.
The report placed NTT DATA in the highest of NelsonHall’s four quadrants based on the strength of the company’s service portfolio, industry solutions and consulting business. NelsonHall credited NTT DATA for the effective way it has structured its portfolio around consulting, systems integration, and post-implementation, with a focus on newer offerings such as vertical clouds and Sales Cloud CPQ. The report also ranked NTT DATA highly for its industry solutions, blueprints and reference architectures targeting sectors such as communication service providers.
