For many organizations, 2020 was a wakeup call and a reminder that a business may need to pivot very quickly to survive. Storing, managing, analyzing and using our data to predict best value positions is essential, yet an NTT DATA survey showed that only 79% of organizations recognize the strategic value of big data, due to large, siloed islands of data and the lack of skills and talent to mine the data.
In this session, we will review best practices for managing data in a large enterprise project. We will also dive deep into some lessons learned from creating data silos and how to manage an organization from data silo through to data prediction. At the heart of the session will be the results of the global study on data usage and patterns from around the globe. The numbers may surprise—and enlighten you.
